Thank you for reviewing my application for the Production Music Awards Composer Spotlight. My name is Sean Carnahan and I am a 20 year-old emerging composer. I am a multi-instrumentalist and have been involved in music for as long as I can remember. My twin brother (Patrick) and I work together under the name, TwinScore Studios, and we have composed for short films, documentaries, and have been commissioned to write for live-ensembles. Our music has been broadcast across South Africa on public TV and our most recent film was shown at the Cannes Film Festival. We are currently working on a commission to commemorate a WWII Naval Ship, on an audition for a popular Japanese animation cartoon, and on a video series designed for social media (https://zeitzalabs.com/innovation). Patrick and I have also been signed by the following music library companies: Score a Score, Pink Shark Music, and Epic Lab. We haven’t had any placements yet, although we’re hopeful that our recent album submission with Pink Shark Music will be placed on a popular network TV show. I am proud to have received the Hugo Rinaldi Musical Citizenship Award (2019) and to represent the US as top-5 finalist in Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards-Youth Division (https://www.hamlischawards.org/youth-film-2022). My brother and I have been very fortunate to have received mentorship from some of the top composers in the industry: Hans Zimmer, Lorne Balfe, Marco D’Ambrosio, and John Debney.
