Production Music Awards ceremony Covid 19 Guidance

Please read this guidance carefully. Although COVID 19 restrictions for events in England and Wales have been relaxed, the Production Music Awards will still be making every effort to be proactive and responsible during our event. Our main focus is on safety and well-being of our guests.

On entrance to the awards ceremony all guests must provide evidence of their fully vaccinated status by showing their ‘Covid Pass’ on their NHS app.

Alternatively, guests can display a negative lateral flow test result from within the last 48 hours in their NHS app.

It is important that anyone who is displaying symptoms of Covid 19 or has been asked to self-isolate (or lives with someone who has Covid-19 symptoms) DOES NOT attend the Production Music Awards ceremony or after party.

What is required

Please be prepared to show proof of your fully vaccinated status on entry to our event. In order to do this, you will need to show an ‘NHS Covid Pass’ which can be obtained through the NHS app.

If you don’t yet have the NHS app (this is a different app from the NHS COVID-19 app) then details on how to get it and how to produce your NHS Covid Pass can be found here: NHS Covid Pass Instructions

If it is not possible for you to produce an NHS Covid Pass, then you will need to produce evidence of a negative lateral flow test from 48 hours before the event. Please follow these instructions…

  • Order your lateral flow test for home delivery from the government website here.  It may take a few days for the tests to arrive so we recommend ordering the tests at least a week in advance.  Or you can collect a pack from a collection point near you. Find out where to get a lateral flow test.
  • Your negative lateral flow test will need to be taken within 48 hours of the event doors opening (meaning between 6pm on Wednesday 10th November 2021 and 6pm on Friday 12th November 2021).
  • Your lateral flow test result needs to be uploaded using the NHS public reporting tool. When this is completed you will be sent a text and/or email from the NHS confirming your test date and result. Please keep this to show our staff on entry.
  • You must show proof of your negative test result by presenting the NHS text or email on your mobile device to one of the security staff to enter the venue. Only original copies of the email or text will be accepted, other forms of documentation such as photos of test results will not be deemed valid.

If you have travelled to the UK within 48hrs of the event you should show the proof of negative test result you used to enter the UK. Guidance is available from
