I am a Royal Academy of Music trained musician, composer, producer and vocalist working from my studio in NW London. I have received excellent reviews, 4 and 5 star, for my past ten albums, and the eleventh, released in July, is the soundtrack for a film by Bill Jackson. My music is often referred to as filmic – REVIEWS page on website. With an eclectic blend of many influences, from my pure classical roots, but uniquely drawing on contemporary, world music and film scoring, my style is unique. Although each album has a specific theme and production technique, often multitracking my vocals or guitar, but also orchestra arrangements, ‘found’ and synthesised sounds, my music is immediately recognisable as ‘Esbe’. I produce and engineer, so have a joint ability of being both creative and precise. I thrive on a new and unique challenge, can work to a brief, and am well connected with musicians of many styles and excellent mastering engineers including from Abbey Road. I have also collaborated in several composing partnerships. I am unpublished, with an excellent back catalogue of eleven albums of original music, both songs and instrumental music, and can produce stems as required.
