Jenny is not only an advocate for composers and publishers alike but also a passionate leader who inspires her team with care, enthusiasm, and integrity. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jenny for over a decade as both a trusted sub-publisher and a dear friend. Jenny has always gone above and beyond in her dedication, offering invaluable feedback on our catalogs, keeping us informed about performance in the UK, and fostering a true spirit of collaboration. She’s deeply knowledgeable about royalties, collections, and the evolving landscape of our industry, always staying ahead through innovation and technology. Her impact on production music is both profound and enduring, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.

Jenny has been a fantastic voice for women in music, independent publishers and composers for as long as I have known her and the award is well deserved.
It’s been a pleasure to work alongside Jenny on the Production Music Strategic Forum (formerly PMAG) in helping to guide the MCPS music group through the many challenges we have faced over the years.

Jenny has made an outstanding contribution to the production music industry over the last 25 years. Her creativity, leadership, and innovation are inspiring. As Managing Director of JW Media Music Jenny continues to curate the highest quality production music while actively creating opportunities for independent and emerging composers and musicians to have their voices heard. From collaborating with US trailer music houses to reimagining deep cuts from JW’s early catalog, Jenny has always strived to innovate within the production music industry.
Her influence extends far beyond business and advocacy. Jenny is one of the kindest and most supportive people I have met, always willing to offer guidance and advice to anyone, regardless of background or career stage. Her mentorship has been pivotal not only for me but also for countless young professionals at the start of their careers.
Speaking personally, without Jenny’s help, I would not have moved to the US to pursue my interest in music copyright law. Jenny takes time to offer encouragement, direction, and belief that has helped many find their path in production music. In doing so, Jenny is safeguarding the future of the community by supporting the careers of the next generation.
Jenny’s passion, values, and vision have left a profound and lasting mark on the production music community, making her a deserving recipient of the 2025 Impact Award.

Jenny is without doubt, the most significant person in production music. She has defined and led the industry through the rollercoaster of industry changes across multiple decades including being on the board of the PMA. A force of knowledge, a pillar of excellence, and clearly a woman who lives aligned to her values.
I met Jenny in my first London job in 2004 as junior promo producer and remember being in awe of her. Throughout my 22 year career in tv and music, Jenny was like light house, always there shining, leading the way. I haven’t seen commitment to a cause like this from anyone I met in the industry. Hat tips to you, Jen! The industry wouldn’t be what it is with you!
