These Terms and Conditions govern ticket purchases, award entries and attendance at events organised by Production Music Awards Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing tickets, submitting award entries or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event

The Production Music Awards ("the Event") is organised and operated by Production Music Awards Ltd. These Terms apply to:

• ticket purchases
• table bookings
• award entry submissions
• attendance at the Event
• participation in related activities

Additional terms may apply where specified during booking or entry submission.

3. Ticket and Table Bookings

Tickets and tables may be purchased via the official Production Music Awards website or authorised ticketing platforms. A booking is only confirmed when:

• payment has been received in full, and
• a booking confirmation email has been issued.

Tickets and tables must be paid for in full before the Event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ticket prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable. Purchasing a table reserves seats for the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior approval from Production Music Awards Ltd. Requests must be submitted by email to info@productionmusicawards.com before the Event. We reserve the right to refuse transfer requests where necessary.

5. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases and award entry fees are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in circumstances including but not limited to:

• inability to attend
• travel disruption
• illness
• personal scheduling conflicts

By purchasing tickets or submitting entries you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Award Entries

Entry submissions must be completed via the official Production Music Awards entry system. Entrants are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and submitted before the relevant deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted. Production Music Awards Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

7. Rights to Submitted Material

By submitting music or other materials as part of an award entry, you confirm that:

• you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material
• submission of the material does not infringe the rights of any third party
• the material may be used by Production Music Awards Ltd for judging purposes

You grant Production Music Awards Ltd a non-exclusive licence to use submitted materials for purposes relating to:

• judging the awards
• promotion of the Event
• marketing of the Production Music Awards

8. Event Changes

We aim to deliver the Event as described but reserve the right to:

• change the Event date
• change the venue
• modify the programme or schedule
• replace speakers, presenters or performers

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

9. Event Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, Production Music Awards Ltd may at its discretion offer refunds for ticket purchases. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees including travel, accommodation or other expenses.

10. Force Majeure

Production Music Awards Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where this results from events beyond our reasonable control including:

• natural disasters
• government restrictions
• pandemics
• venue closure
• industrial disputes
• technical failures

11. Event Conduct

All attendees must behave respectfully towards other guests, nominees, sponsors, staff and venue personnel. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered:

• disruptive
• unsafe
• abusive
• inappropriate

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

12. Age Restrictions

The Production Music Awards is an 18+ event. Attendees may be required to provide identification if requested by venue or event staff.

13. Photography and Filming

Photography and video recording may take place during the Event. By attending the Event you consent to the use of your image, voice or likeness in:

• event coverage
• promotional materials
• marketing content
• social media

produced by or on behalf of Production Music Awards Ltd. If you appear in a photograph published by Production Music Awards Ltd and would prefer the image to be removed, contact info@productionmusicawards.com and we will review the request where reasonably possible.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to the Production Music Awards including event branding, logos, website content and promotional materials remains the property of Production Music Awards Ltd. No content from the Event may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

15. Personal Data

To process ticket bookings and award entries we may collect personal data including name, email address and organisation details. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Production Music Awards Ltd shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits
• loss of business
• loss of data
• indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability relating to ticket purchases shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
